Danke für deine Lesung. Ich habe einen kleinen Fehler gemacht. Es handelt sich nicht um einen Heiratsakt sondern um eine Sterbeurkunde.

Ich hätte noch eine Frage. Ich bin dabei diese Urkunde in FR für einen Freund zu übersetzen.

Dieser Mann war ein Zeuge. Der Tod geschah im Jahre 1841 in einem kleinen Dorf in der Pfalz.

Mein französisches Wörterbuch gibt folgendes: Médecin légiste also Gerichtsmediziner aber wäre es nicht eher ein Leichenträger oder ein Begräbnisordner?

Bei zeno.org findest du, dass Totenbeschauer dasselbe ist wie Leichenbeschauer. Und dort findest du:

Danke für den Hinweis!

Da kleine Dorf in der Pfalz hiess Ixheim (Zweibrücken). Es war eine Gemeinde die weniger (siehe Deinen Link) als 4000 Seele zählte --> wahrscheinlich nicht ein Artzt (meiner Meinung nach).
