This is what the document says:

Number 33. Lipno, on 19 June 1834, at 2 p.m.
We announce that in the presence of witnesses: Jakub Nikiel aged 31 and Piotr Bąkowski aged 43, both peasants living in Wawrzonkowo [literally it says Wawrząkowo], a marriage was performed between Samuel Rahn, groom living and born in Wawrząkowo to the late Michał Rahn and Elżbieta W[sorry, unable to read the family name] also living there, aged 19; and maiden Elżbieta, daughter to the late Jana Golnik and Anna Zenneberg, living and born in Wawrząków, aged 22, staying with her mother. The marriage was preceded by three announcements, on the 5th, 12th and 19th June of the current year in the evangelical parish in Lipno, and also by consent [the handwriting is unclear here, but it says that the parents did not object to the marriage]. The present act was read to the ones present and the witnesses, who declared themselves illiterate.

yes indeed, that would make a lot of sense. The phrase "z Weyzsów", when translated word-to-word would be comparable to "from the Weisses" - the ending "-ów" is plural Genitive, often used for the maiden name of women in old parish documents.
