Hallo,
I'm not sure if you are aware but only recently Ancestry was purchased by the European private-equity firm Permira, for $1.6 billion. Permira have declared their intention to really drive Ancestry into the continental European market. As part of this drive they recently opened a headquarters in Munich. Ancestry will be accruing and uploading as many German (and indeed French, Italian, etc) records as possible in the coming months and years with the intention of expanding our Contintental European customer base. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to tell you when or indeed if the Dresden church records will be added to our databases. I'm sure they will be though. I know from experience that Ancestry adds records in cycles. Their selection of records is based on population size and consumer demand (so records relating to cities like Berlin would get priority over places like rural Bavaria, for example). I wish I could give you a more definite answer but I wouldn't be able to at this time.
