And this, the marriage record of Joseph Seibt and Anna Maria Zimmermann (left side, May 3rd, 1773):

In the marriage record of Franz, appear that his father is Joseph. Both the record the house number is 150, in Morchenstern. I believe that Joseph is the same person in both records, but there is only one year between the marriages and the mother name of Franz don't appear in his record to confirmate.

    Someone help me!!!

    The first record:
Honestus Sponsus Adolescens Franciscus legitimus filius Josephi Saibt rustici ex Morchenstern. Sponsa honesta virgo Maria Elisabeth legitima filia defuncti Elia Vohl casarii in Neudorff

    Second record:
Honestus sponsus viduus Josephus Seibt rusticus Morckensternensis Honesta sponsa vidua Anna Maria Zimmermannin Morckensternensis

It is possible that the second record is the marriage record of Franz Saibt's father according to the fact that he is widower (so he might had children before) but you have to find the death record of his first wife and also their marriage record to be sure. But I think it's possible.

    Greetings

I think Luino VA is right. The second record is about the second marriage of the widower Joseph Seibt. Thus, Franz Seibt must be a son from his first marriage.

I did not see that Joseph was widower

This situation explain why the difference between his marriage and the marriage of his son was only one year.

I will find the first marriage and the burial record of the first wife.

        Thank you, guys!!!
