Hello Gary,

what role does the name "Ferch" play for you? One of my ancestors is Wilhelm (William) Ferch/Ferrich (probably Ferrige or Ferrage) from Scotland, who supposedly came to Coburg in Germany around 1600. He was a merchant.
Can you see any connection?
