Good evening. I am having a lot of success with Gernrode today and I ask for more translation/transcription help. This appears to be the marriage of Hans David Henkel and Sabina Reineckerß. Thank you.

The bride's name is Reinecker (neither Reineckerß nor Reineckers)

    Translation:

Hans David Henkel, age 23. Parents: the deceased local citizen
and butcher Hans Henkel and Barbara Richter.
The bride: Sabina Reineckers, age 24. Parents: Hans Reinecker
citizen of Güntersberge and ... [mother not named !]
    ... The marriage wasn't held here ...
... The groom is of Lutheran Christianity, the bride is of Reformed Christianity

That her name is written Sabina Reineckers, instead of Reinecker, is maybe a dialetical manner (Low German) to express the female name endings (grammar).
But I don't have experience of researching in this part of Germany.

I hope You understand the typical German name ending "-er".
"Reinecker" means someone came from Reineck.
As the Hamburger came from Hamburg, and the Wiener from Wien (Vienna)

I have to correct my, above given, explanation of the name Reinecker.
It's most likely not derived from a place name Reineck. Instead, it's derived from the given name Reinhard.
That means, Reinecker is a patronym ----> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patronymic

        source: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reinecke

Therefore, we can also suppose, that Sabina Reineckers ancestral name could have been Reinecke, thus without the ending "-er"

... The first banns of marriage was on the 20th Sunday after Trinity,
the last banns of marriage was on the 22nd Sunday after Trinity.
Then, after the evening sermon, I performed the marriage,
and the wedding ceremony was held .... in Reul's home
          .
The groom is of Lutheran Christianity, the bride is of Reformed Christianity

The priest performed the "Trauung" (English: wedding) in the church, but the "Hochzeit" (English: wedding) was held ... in Reul's home.
I don't know the difference between Trauung and Hochzeit, and also I don't know the house of Mr. Reul.
But You can note down, that the marriage place was Gernrode.
There seems to be some confusion, because the bride does not have the same religion as the local church.
Probably because of this, the marriage was performed in the evening
