Translation:

On 23th January, Peter Mundtbaur's child was baptized. The godparents were Sixtus HANß the schultheiß in Kirrweiler, and Anna LORENTZEN housewife in Zœbersdorf, and Maria, housewife of Jerg [Georg] BECK in Buswiller
