I am seeking help in deciphering part of the service record of my 4x great grandfather Simon Nering, who served in k.k. Infanterie Regiment 63 ("Baron Bianchi") as a Tambour:

The first page is generally clear, especially the upper part documenting his background (single, catholic, no profession, etc.). However, the note dated "8 May 1845" on the first page, and the entire note on the second page are illegible to me.


Would someone please be willing to help decipher these two notes?

The text is not completely illegible, but (at least for me) very challenging. Additions and corrections are certainly necessary.I will try it anyway ... as an exercise:

Thank you very much, Astrodoc. That would make a lot of sense, since Simon died as a Patental Invalide a year later (1851).
