I would like to ask about decipher of wedding "transaction" ? I dont know exactly what it is but it contains maybe some interesting pieces of information, which can enrich my knowledge about my ancestors. Can you help me?

it's a marriage contract, I read:

Vorstehender Ehekontrackt ist zum Grundamte angenommen,
amtlich ratificirt und dem Ehekontracktenbuche Nro 5 pag.
169 einverleibt worden.

Heute am unten gesetzten Tag und Jahr ist im Beysein
der am Ende mit gefertigten Zeugen und Bestättigung
der hoh. Grundobrigkeit zwischen dem Anton Barisch als
Bräutigam von Kleinherrlitz einer Seits, dann der Martha
Leinkauf als Braut von Seitendorf anderer Seits nachste-
hender Ehevertrag verabredet und geschloßen worden
1.tens Geloben und versprechen beide Brautpersonen einander
die eheliche Liebe und Treue, einander zu keiner Zeit
zu verlaßen, bis das Band der Ehe durch den Tod gelöset
wird.
2.tens Verheurathet die Braut unter Beystimmung der am En-
de mitgefertigten Zeugen dem Bräutigam 80 fr. 6 M(?)
welchen Betrag sie und ihrem väterlichen Grunde erhalten
hat, überdieß bringt die Braut noch ihre Kleidungsstü-
cke und Bettgewand dem Bräutigam als ein Heurathsguth
mit, und sollte der Fall eintretten, und die Braut stür-
be dem Bräutigam, während 3 Jahren vom Tage der
Copulation an gerechnet vor, so ist derselbe verbun-
den, denen aus dieser Ehe erzeugten Kindern, worunter
der Sohn den die Braut dermalen ein Leben hat, Namens
Joseph mit verstanden ist, ein Muttertheil zu 40fr. 6M.
verzinslich anzulegen. Stürbe auch die aus dieser
angehenden Ehe erzeugten Kinder ab, so sollen benann-
te 40fr. 6M. dem Sohn der Braut Joseph verbleiben.
3tens Verheurathet der Bräutigam seiner Braut unter
Beystimmung der am Ende mitgefertigten Zeugen

44fr 6M und will, im Fall er während 3 jahren
vom Tage der Copulation an gerechnet ihr versterben
sollte, so ist die Braut verbunden, von diesem zugebrach-
ten Heurathsguth pr 44fr 6M., 22fr 6M denen aus
dieser Ehe erzeugten Kindern, worunter auch der Sohn
der Braut mit verstanden ist, verzinslich anzulegen.
4.tens Da der Bräutigam dermalen mit keiner eigenen Woh-
nung versehen ist,, somacht sich deßen Bruder Florian
Barisch verbindlich, diesen seinen Bruder Anton Barisch
im ausgedingstübel, so lange die unentgeltliche Woh-
nung zu geben, bis sich einstweilen für letzeren eine
Wohnung schicken wird.
Zu Urkund deßen ist dieser Ehevertrag von beiden
Brautpersonen und zeugen gefertiget worden.
So geschehen zu Seitendorf am 29ten Dezember 1828

Today on the day below was made this contract at the presence of the below named witnesses and the authorities
between Anton Barisch as groom from Kleinherrlitz and Martha Leinkauf as bride from Seitendorf
1st both promised love and loyality, not to leaf eachother till death do they part
2nd The bride brings to this matrimony 80 fr(Florint/Gulden?) 6 M(ark??) which she was given from her fathers ground and she brings her cloths and bed linen. If it should happen that the bride dies between the first 3 year after the day of marriage, so it is obligatory for the groom, that he invests with interest for the children of this marriage and to the son that she brings to this marriage, 40fr 6M as heritage of her mother. If also the children would die, so this 40fr 6M should remain to her first son.
3rd The groom brings to this matrimony

44fr 6M. If he should die between the first 3 years after copulation, so its obligatory for the bride to invest with interest from this amount 22fr 6M for the children, also for her first son
4th While the groom don't have his own apartment, his brother Florian Barisch agrees to let his brother live in the "Ausgeding" (cottage of estate reserved for use by parents) as long as he will finde a apartment.

I have understood everything. and every points like: Anton didnt have his own house. Martha had son (born 8 years before). All these things are true, so great.
