".... By the way if you have important information about the person you are looking for ,such as:
when and where he or she was borned. his or her father name.
If he or she have a surname. Name of his/her city. If a male his military service records (these are the most usefull).

Let say there is a man called Mehmet. He has no surname at that time. His family is known as "Mollalar" at his home town (not a surname. be careful). He was borned in Antalya (a city in Turkey) in 1878. But his home town is in izmir(another city in Turkey). Records about family of Mehmet are stored in izmir. Let say his father name is Murat and mother name Fatma.and Murats father is Ali. All records about him starts with a sentence like that:
"Mehmet son of Fatma and Murat son of Ali member of Mollalar borned in Antalya in 1878 .home town izmir".
His record contains 3 different numbers which specifies his family tree.
these records may be his military service documents.military documents also includes where he worked as a soldier. the name and group of his army. the time interval of his life as a soldier. at what time interval he was given permission to go his home. Any important illness of him. If he died during the war a document about his dead(called yanik kagidi).
If he was executed the reason of this punishment and photos of him when hanging with his executers. and nude pictures of him that proves he was killed. His will. The place of his grave (most probably not a public semetary).
If he has a land which he bought from any person then a document that tells who sold and who bought and the particular land. document may begin like:
"Mehmet son of Fatma and Murat son of Ali member of Mollalar borned in Antalya in 1878 .home town izmir bought and Ismail son of Sebahat and Ibrahim son of Yakup member of Sarilar borned in izmir in 1867. home town izmir"."
