Looking for H.F.Weiss about 1803, Garding

I'm new to this Forum and though I read and speak German (sehr schlect) I can't write it good enough to ask these queistions.

So this is my problem, that I need your help solving:

My great-great grandmother, Ane Elisabeth Jensdatter Horn had a son, Johann Frederik Weiss born in Viborg, Denmark 8. july 1828. I find under the registration of this baptism the name of his father - Hans Frederik Weiss. The parents never got married and did not live together. I have not for years been able to locate Hans Frederik. But now I have forund a possibility in a Hans Friederich Weiss, who in 1803 aged 14 lived in 4. Quartier, Norderstraße, Garding, Landschaft Eiderstedt.

Is there some website or office I can look into to find more about him? Is it possible to find out if he ever went to Denmark?
