5th Urgroßeltern marriage in BELLE 06.10.1805

My name is Jenny from USA. My 5th Great Grandparents were married on October 6, 1805 in Belle. (the village I believe)

Groom: Friedrich Christian MICKE

Bride: Anna Maria Wilhelmina Elisabeth BECKMANN


I Would like to ask your help please with what the marriage record says and does it list the parents?

Is their a way to find out when my 5th Great Grandparents were born and when they passed away?

Also, what are the names of their children? The only child I have information on is their daughter Friederike (my 4th Great Grandmother)

Belle belongs to the parish (ev. Kirchengemeinde) Wöbbel oder Reelkirchen. These parishes are part of the greater parish Blomberg which is part of the Main parish "Lippische Landeskirche" which is in Detmold

in Horn-Bad Meinberg nachfragst, ob die die entsprechenden Einträge in den Personenstandsbüchern haben.

Hi Jenny
I think you really should take sven345 advise and contact Kurt Begemann. He is an absolut helpful guy and a retired teacher so i would think he has at least basic english. You can get old church records of your relevant parish on DVD (jpg format) of him so you can do your own research and you never know whatelse you might find
I just contacted him myself. I gave him the information I had about my ancestors and he checked his records if he could find something according to that. At least you know then that there is something to work with and build on before you buy the DVD.
