Timken Ancestry

Adelheid Timken was born 25 March 1768 in Thedinghausen, married Ernst August Lichtenberg 8 July 1792 in Oldenburg and died 28 Feb 1818 in Oldenburg. The name could also be spelled Tincken or Tienken. Supposedly her father was Johann Heinrich Timken, but I have not verified this.
I am looking for both of her parents.
I would appreciate any help.
