Searching for my OSMERS cousins in ROCKWINKEL, RÜTEN and OBERNEULAND

My name is Jenny. I am from USA and building my family tree. I have 4 1st cousins 3x removed who were born in The villages of ROCKWINKEL and RÜTEN, who are now a part of OBERNEULAND I believe....

I have each of their birth certificates, but that is all I know. I'd like help in trying to find if they married, had children, when they passed away, or any descendants still alive today.
