    Hi everyone,

I wonder if anyone could help me with the following question:

I recently did a search inquiery at the archive of Raciborz in regards to the collection of:
    Reference code
    18/6/0/-/19
    Dates: 1868-1920

A.S. Reise-Legitimationen, Pässe, Passkarten, Heimaths-Scheine, Reise, Routen, Zwangspässe und Arbeitsbücher V.I

    For the following persons:

    Urban Baszczok (Birth: 25-5-1905, Szymocice)
    Jan/Johann Baszczok (Birth 18-8-1911, Szymocice)
    Emilia Baszczok (Birth 20-6-1908, Szymocice)
    Alojzy/Alois Baszczok (Birth 31-5-1901, Szymocice)
    Pawel/Paul Baszczok (Birth 18-1-1895, Szymocice)
    Maria Baszczok (Birth 8-4-1893, Szymocice)
Jozef Baszczok (Birth around July, 1864, Szymocice)
    Karol/Carl Baszczok (Birth 13-1-1869, Siedliska)
Franciszek Baszczok (Birth around 1814, Szymocice)
    Maciej Baszczok (Birth 1792, Szymocice)

But today I received an e-mail that nothing was found with this familysurname at all,

Where can I look further for personal material from perhaps a later date?

    Hi,

Can you put some words to what exactly you are hoping for? I doubt there will be much in terms of personal files apart from BMD records.

    Kind regards,

I was hoping to find something with pictures of as many people as I could from my familytree, the passports were my best guess, but there is nothing to be found, I only have one of Pawel due to his polish military documents,.

I also wondered if there are institutions or collections in Poland that might have extra information on the following persons:

      Urban Baszczok (Birth: 25-5-1905, Szymocice)
      Jan/Johann Baszczok (Birth 18-8-1911, Szymocice)
      Alojzy/Alois Baszczok (Birth 31-5-1901, Szymocice)

Since they have a total of 5 Wast files combined at the Bundesarchiv (for which I'm still waiting on the research completion) I think there might be extra information laying somewhere else as well.
I was already told that requesting a search at the Central Museum of Prisoners-of-War in Opole (Centralne Muzeum
Jeńców Wojennych) could perhaps have something in their collections, but are there more possibilities?
