Anna Rollinger was born 15 January 1834 possibly in KrivaBara or Ernsthausen. Dave Dreyer told me that she was more likely from the latter area. I understand KrivaBara is in Torontal which I also understand is a County of Hungary. Can anyone give me any ideas how I can research Anna? She married Lorenz Horvath in 1856 and died in 1877 (possibly in Josephsdorf). My knowledge of the Banat and this area is really limited.

Hallo,
I translate it into German.

Anna Rollinger Brick Wall
Anna Rollinger was born 15 January 1834 Possibly in KrivaBara, Torontal, Hungary. She married Lorencz Horvath in 1856 possibly in KrivaBara or Josefsdorf and she died in 1877 supposedly in Josefsdorf. I know nothing else of her and I, and at least 2 of my relatives, have not had any success researching her. We do not know who her parents are either.
If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate the help.

Hi Dave,
I let connect your 2nd request to the 1st.
Unfortunately I can't identify KrivaBara in the former Hungarian county Torontál. Today there is a Kriva Bara in Bosnia and Hercegovina (Serbian part), and two are in Bulgaria. Can you give a closer definition for this location?
Concerning to Josefsdorf (Hungarian name: Zsablya, today belongs to Serbia with the name: Жабаљ / Žabalj)
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS) microfilmed the church records of Josefsdorf, so you also can search for your ancestors if there is an LDS Family History Center in your country.
Hopefuly I could help you a little bit.
Kind regards:
Krisztián

Hallo Dave,
Was Josefsdorf betrifft:
