I'm trying to research this line but am having a hard time finding anything on any of them. August Roll was my My 2nd great-grandfather who died in Lancaster NY We have some great data on him once in the US, but before that, not so much.

There is a false direction that others have followed for him, however I found this record: https://blha-recherche.brandenburg.d...spx?ID=2050010 This has the correct birth day and my grandfather would mention the Göseke name occasionally but we never knew where that came from.

The 1828 baptism of Carolina Wilhelmina Roll (entry #9). I may be wrong, but it looks like she was born 30 NOV 1828 and baptized 7 DEC 1828. Father is Friedrich Roll, mother is Maria Duve.
