Hello I am Bega I delve in genealogy as a hobby but mainly for my self and others. Joining this forum will test me to the top as i have no idea : ( of the German language accept for the online translator which I might add is a mighty big help. I reside in Australia and I have German ancestors on both side of my family. Those names are AUFDERHEIDE from the Hannover & Harpstedt area, and the other is the Famous HASSE Family of Lubeck, Bergedorf and Dresden.
With that stated I hope to get a little more info on my searchings in this forum.

Hallo bin ich Bega ich vertiefe mich in der Genealogie als ein Hobby, hauptsächlich für mich aber auch für andere. Dieses Forum zu benutzen wird mich hoffentlich weiter bringen, weil ich keine Idee mehr habe.( einen Übersetzer für die deutsch/englische Sprache wäre auch eine enorme Hilfe). Ich wohne in Australien und habe deutsche Vorfahren auf beiden Seiten meiner Familie. Jene Namen sind AUFDERHEIDE aus dem Gebiet von Hannover und Harpstedt und außerdem die berühmte HASSE Familie Lübecks, Bergdorf und Dresden.

Ich hoffe etwas mehr Infos für meine Such aus diesem Forum zu bekommen.

Hallo Bega,ich habe noch etwas gefunden. In einem Artikel der Kreiszeitung Harpstedt vom 27.11.2013 heißt es:
I found in the newspaper "Kreiszeitung Harpstedt" 27. November 2013:
Eine Alison Stephenson aus South Australia sucht Daten zu ihrem Ur-UR-Großvater Thomas Cutting.Er ist 1851 mit Cathrine nach Australien ausgewandert.In 1.Ehe war er mit Louise Catherina Dorothee Schrader verheiratet und hatte mit ihr 11 Kinder.
Alison Stepenson from South Austrailia is searching dates to great-great-grandfather Thomas Cutting. He emigrated to Australia.
First he was marreid with L.C.D. Schrader and had 11 children.

Ich will ja auch nicht meckern, aber wenn wir uns in ein fremdsprachiges Forum begeben, wäre es zwar ganz toll, kann aber nicht erwartet werden, dass jeder, der uns antworten möchte, das in Deutsch tut, wenn er es womöglich gar nicht kann. Oder dass immer gleich ein Dolmetscher daneben steht und alles für uns übersetzt.

Wenn Du diese Aufgabe hier übernehmen möchtest, hat sicher niemand etwas dagegen, aber ich glaube, bei den bisherigen Antworten ist das noch nicht zwingend nötig. Die Namen und Daten wird Bega sicher auch so verstehen, und einfache Sätze lassen sich notfalls mit Google oder sonst was übersetzen. Ich bin mir sicher, wenn es komplizierter wird, wird sich sicher auch jemand finden, der das für Bega verständlich übersetzt.

The child (Johann Adolph) from organist Peter Hasse and his wife Abel Christina was christening in Bergedorf at 25th of march 1699 . Peter descended from an old family from Lübeck. Peter Hasses great-grandfather Petrus Hasse was from eastern 1616 organist at Marienkirche in Lübeck. Petrus Hasse died June 1614.

Petrus Hasse son was organist in Salzwedel (City in Sachsen-Anhalt) and 1660 organist, sexton and teacher in Neuengamme (Hamburg). He cames approx. 1672 to Bergedorf.

Other sons of Petrus are presumably Nicolaus and Essias Hasse. For the rest of this text please ask google :-)

Wow I sure did get a response to my questions
I thank you all for that.

translating: I use Chrome and Torch as they both have Translators built into them, this makes it that little bit easier for me to work out so far fingers crossed I seem to be getting along fairly well. the only stumbling block I have is if it's a PDF and or it's been down as a jpeg then I have to manually do it which is not that bad I have a few characters that I cannot get around like the " above letters and ß which I think is "ss" but its no problem.

Search engines I use are: which list way more than google does.

Now where do I start: I'll start from the last up to the first.

Keil: Bingo, on the Hasse - Klessing marriage that has pulled a brick out of the wall.

LG : re: AGGSH site, yep found it by using ctrl f. and there is a whole lot more to search as well so that site also has been book marked to look at and constantly fall back on.

Sam: What can I say, all in German but via the translator it all came to fruit, I now have the proper names of Johann's siblings, thank you for removing this massive brick for me.

Anita: Thank you for your concerns with me Translating, I have worked around it and if I do have a problem I will most certainly post it here for help.
Now there are other tasks on the Hasse side,
1/ Who did Petrus Marry, we know his life span c.1585 - c 1640 he had 4? sons and 2? Daughters. I Have 2 sons Nic(k)olaus c.1617 - march 1672 and married??? c.1640 and Friedrich c.1620.
The 2 daughters : 1 married Franz Tunder and the other Married a famous organist Nicolaus Bruhns.

Next comes Faustina and Johanns son and daughters :
Son: Francesco maria born in Dresden c.1731
But the Daughters were born in Venezia:
1/ Maria Joseha Peppina c.1733 to c.1811, married ?? Gioseffa.
2/ Maria Christina c.1736 to c.1807, married Giorgio Torniello
these 2 daughters travelled with their parents when ever they went to Dresden.

I hope I am not getting too demanding on here but if you donot ask you get no answers.
