Hello, I am looking for any information about my relatives who left Estonia for Germany. I am specifically looking for any information on a Elsa Juliane Rotscher born in 1898 in Estonia. The Rotscher family has parish records in Hapsal (Haapsalu) and Werro (Viru).

Or anyone whose name or maiden name was Reinartz who was born in Estonia between 1890 and 1930. There was only one Reinartz family in Estonia. The Reinartz family was in Dorpat (Tartu).
