Help decoding great grandmothers confimation

As kindly suggested by another user I’m posting my great grandmothers confirmation in hopes of of translating it as well as possible. I have a general idea of the information on it but would love it if someone as about to thoroughly and in detail translate what it says and hopefully transcribe the church location. I know it’s in 1908 and my great grandmother was born in 1893 and I believe this is in Lutzk but to have some translation and input from those more knowledgeable is greatly appreciated!

This is a "Remembrance of your day of confirmation". The lines printed in red above and to the sides of the picture are a bible verse with associated religious exhortation, not relevant for genealogical purposes.

The relevant portion is the handwritten portion at the bottom, which reads in German:

"Mathilde Lenz, Tochter des Wilhelm Lenz u. der Agathe geb. Fenske, geboren 26. März 1893 ist nach empfangenem Unterricht im Worte Gottes am 30. März 1908 in der Ev.-luth. Kirche zu Luzk konfirmiert worden und ... zum erstenmal am heiligen Abendmahl teilgenommen"

In English this is:

"Mathilde Lenz, daughter of Wilhelm Lenz and Agathe nee Fenske, born 26 March 1893, after having received instruction in the Word of God was confirmed 30 March 1908 in the Lutheran church of Lutsk and ... participated in Holy Communion".


Below this is the signature of the minister (Just. I.[?] Schlaff [P.S.: wrong, as pointed out by Irene below, it reads "Pastor W. Schlupp", meaning "Rev. W. Schlupp"]), and in the very left bottom corner is the parish stamp or seal, with a cross in the center and Cyrillic lettering around it.

Wie die oben angezeigte Konfirmationskarte zeigt, wurde Mathilde am 26.03.1893 geboren und am 30.03.1908 in der evangelisch-lutherischen Kirche zu Luzk konfirmiert. Laut der kanadischen Heiratsurkunde ihrer Schwester Emilie wurde diese 1894/95 in "Tomeshef, Russia" geboren; Dudas hat vorgeschlagen, daß es sich hierbei um die etwa 60 km von Luzk gelegene deutsch-protestantische Siedlung Tomaschow handelt.

Ich weiß, daß evangelische Kirchenbücher aus dieser Region bei AGAD einsehbar sind, bin aber nicht mit der Handhabung dieser Quelle vertraut. Deshalb die Bitte an euch Kenner: könnt ihr den Konfirmationseintrag der Mathilde in Luzk und eventuell die Taufeinträge für Mathilde und ihre Schwester Emilie finden? Und lassen sich daraus weitere Angaben/Eckdaten zu den Eltern Wilhelm Lenz und Agathe geb. Fenske finden?

The threadstarter from Canada is seeking information about the parents and birth of her great-grandmother Mathilde Lenz (see previous thread here: https://forum.ahnenforschung.net/sho...d.php?t=234255). As shown above in her confirmation card, Mathilde was born 26 March 1893 and was confirmed 30 March 1908 in the Lutheran church of Luzk. The Canadian marriage record of her sister Emilie indicates that the latter was born 1894/95 in "Tomeshef, Russia". Dudas has suggested that this is the German Protestant settlement of Tomaschov about 60 km from Luzk.

I know that Protestant churchbooks from this region are viewable at AGAD, but am not familiar with how to navigate this site. Thus my question to you experts: can you find the confirmation entry for Mathilde in Luzk and the baptismal entries for her and her sister Emilie, and from those perhaps gather additional information on their parents Wilhelm Lenz and Agathe nee Fenske?

No need to apologize! I have it deciphered to an extent but definitely just wanted further opinions especially when it comes to the church name. I had already been aware it was a confirmation located in Lutzk and my great grandmothers name and 2nd great grandparents names in 1908. I did want more opinions as well as maybe ask as her name is listed as Agathe but also has been listed as Henrietta, which order would you say the names are? I’m guessing Henrietta Agathe? Also, thanks for translating the fine print of the document!
