Please help me with this document. I am not certain the person is interesting to me but Ancestry.com thinks it is.

Konrad Nischwitz parents are Valentin and Eva Nischwitz but they may be different that the people I want. Please tell me what this document says!

it says that Konrad Nischwitz, tailor, 70 years old, Protestant, with residence in Frankfurt am Main Perndiesgasse 18 (I am not sure about the street), born in Hemsbach in Baden, widow, son of the deceased couple, with last residence in Hemsbach, day labourer Valentin Nischwitz and Eva, née Leib, died (Konrad) in Frankfurt am Main, Sandhöfer-Alle 4, at 3rd July 1918, half past four a.m.
It was announced by hospice in Frankfurt/Main.
