Based partly on my previous question concerning their daughter Maria Catharina (was she illegitimate or not), I believe this 1828 marriage is "my" Leopold Wastel and Catharina Püchel:

I can clearly read the names of the groom and bride. After that, I'm lost: I can't even figure out the date. However, there are annoyingly tantalizing bits: does it say the bride was born in Hungary? That would be back in my bailiwick, but I can't make heads or tails of the specific place.
Here's as far as I've gotten:
... 30 August u. ... 11ten Sept. 828 ...
No. 45
Leopold Wastl, Tabak-... ... Joseph Wastl ... Elisabeth geborenen ??? ...
...
Katholisch, 36, unvereheligt

Catharina Püchel ... gebürtig von ?? in Ungarn ... Püchel ... und ... Katharina geborenen ?? ...

Any help deciphering the names of people and places would be greatly appreciated!
