Where to find court records?

I have traced my family tree back to Barthol Wittekind in a Mellingen OFB provided by Axel Marx. It lists his marriage to Catharina Barbara Gruhner in 1700 as well as his death in 1746 but not his birth. Axel suggested that it meant that Barthol was likely not born in Mellingen. However, he suggested if I could find records of property purchase, it may list his hometown. I've searched, manually due to spelling variations, through every single OFB listed on the OFB.de site and have not found anyone that may remotely be him.



Someone has recommended Archion.de but it appears that Eisenach is far behind on their digitization project and I have difficulty navigating that site.
