Yes I am looking for a record that would also have their parents as well, as I understand what i have is just a copy for the index.

I'm sorry, but what you have in your second (corrected) post is not an index, it is the actual record. Many marriage books in the 19th century did not list parents (it varied from parish to parish).

no, this is not a copy for the index.
In contrast to Protestant church records, the parents of the bride and groom are never listed in a marriage entry in Catholic church records. At most, the witnesses to the marriage appear next to the bride and groom, nothing more.

Thanks to both, the only reason I am asking is because in myfamilysearch website where I took the record from i can see two types of wedding records. I presumed that the ones that are accessible are indexed only but the ones for the same years that are only accessible at the archive have the full records with parents included. I appreciate the explanation.

As I interpret those catalog entries, they are merely multiple filmings of the same church records (one filming by the Reichssippenamt, or "family office" of the Nazis, in 1936, another filming by the Mormons in 1954 after the records had landed in Berlin).
