The text states the name of the pastor, who married the couple as well as the date of the marriage:

I am not sure about the relations of the mothers to their maiden names. I think they put the father’s given name as well as their family names (Ferdinand Neubauer and Josef Kremser), which make Neubauer and Kremser the family names of the mothers.

Hüfner or Hufner is a German term, that describes a farmer with a specific unit of land. In this case the father of the groom is a farmer with a quarter of a Huf of land. Unfortunately, the term is not very specific, and I do not know what kind of area 1 Huf was in Lower Austria at this time, but I guess you may find some information online.
