Looking for proofs of no-lost nationality

Greetings to all. Sorry to write in English! Mein Deutsch nicht so gut ist.

I have a pic of the registers of Markneukirchen Church, where is stated that my great-grand father was born in 1870, and christened at the same church.

However, I can't find any register to proof that he never lost his nationality. We don't have passports or anything else. He came to Paraguay in 190-, and married another german woman.

Now, is there a web site where to find out valid information regarding to his nationality? Tnx!

Ich habe ein Foto aus den Kirchen-Registern von Markneukirchen, worin steht, daß mein Ur-Großvater 1870 geboren und getauft wurde.
Allerdings kann ich die Register nicht finden, um nachzuweisen, daß er seine Staatsangehörigkeit nie verloren hat. Wir haben keinen Paß oder anderes. Er kam 190- nach paraguay und heiratete dort eine deutsche Frau.
Gibt es eine Website wo man gültige Informationen zu seiner Nationalität finden kann?

this may get a kind of tricky. I tried this for a friend in Canada. She had former relatives in Dresden and therefore she tried to get german nationality. Unfortunately there was a law in the "Kaiserreich" declaring people who left Germany and did not join to another nationality within a certain time (I guess it was on year but I don't remeber exactly) to loose their nationality.
So in your case I think your great-grand father lost his german nationality. As far as I know there is no kind of "register" that proofs wether the nationality got lost or not.
