my Name is Grace, born 1979. I`m looking for my Grandma by name-Maria Schindler. She is born 1900 in Warsaw and died in Bavaria or Halberstadt 1981.

data protection laws in Germany protect death certificates for 30 years, after that, they are usually transferred to the state archives. You can still inquire with the registrar's office of Halberstadt first:
halberstadt [at] halberstadt.de

As for her birth/baptism certificate, I have checked Geneteka, but didn't get any hits for that particular year, so I guess that her parish hasn't been indexed thus far.
