[gelöst] record I cannot understand the purpose

Quelle bzw. Art des Textes: church records
Jahr, aus dem der Text stammt: 1797
Ort und Gegend der Text-Herkunft: Bommersheim
Namen um die es sich handeln sollte: Mann

    Hello,
Please help me understand the record from 1797. Is it a birth record or a death record or something else.

    I will attach two documents:

-August 1797 bottom of the page
Catharina daughter of Francisca Mann from Bommersheim
there is a note about death on August 31, 1797

-October 1796 top of the page
Maria Catharina, illegitimate daughter of Francisca Mann who is the daughter of Adam Mann. There are more words but I cannot read them.

    I appreciate the help!

    Regards, Gloria

The first scan shows a birth record. There is no doubt. Look at the words "filia legitima" and "filius legitimus" which appear there very often - and "levante eam" or "levante eum"!

The second scan is a birth record too. You can find the words "levante eam" or "levante eum", so that is without doubt too:

Maria Catharina, illegitimate daughter of Francisca Mann who is the legitimate daughter [which is said at the end of the sentence] of Adam Mann,
worker, already dead, and Anna Maria, his wife.

The reason I am confused is the same names. Did Francisca Mann have two daughters with the same name born less than a year apart?

Your opinion is valuable. Thank you!

          Hello,
the attachment "+31/8/1797" refers to Eva Best, not to Catharina Mann.
The following entry naming Catharina and her mother Francicsa is incomplete (only giving the date of baptism and the fact that Francicsa delivered the child in Bommersheim) and therefore most likely plainly a reference to another entry placed elsewhere in this or antother record.

Falls im Eifer des Gefechts die Anrede mal wieder vergessen gegangen sein sollte, wird sie hiermit mit dem Ausdruck allergrößten Bedauerns in folgender Art und Weise nachgeholt:
          Guten Morgen/Mittag/Tag/Abend. Grüß Gott! Servus.
Gude. Tach. Juten Tach. Hi. Hallo.

          Und zum Schluss:
          Freundliche Grüße.
